clean room spacious bathroom
The room was clean and spacious. the shower had great water pressure. It was refreshing after a long day. i also appreciated that parking was available for 15 euro per night!!!
The hotel is located a bit far from the center. It's about a 30-minute walk.

dirty bath basic breakfast
The room wasn't as clean as I hoped. I noticed some dirty spots in the bath, and the fridge looked to have mold. The breakfast was quite basic (I expected more from a 4-star hotel). The baked bread looked underdone on several mornings, which wasn't appealing.

a pleasant and functional place to stay
convenient metro affordable taxis ample space included fridge
the metro was a short walk away, approximately 10 minutes. taxis were very affordable and accessible through bolt. the room provided ample space and included a mini fridge which was convenient. breakfast kept us full almost all day, so we only needed to eat in the evening.
The room needed a bit more attention to detail in cleaning, especially in the bathroom. I noticed a few spots that seemed overlooked.

professional reception local information nice restaurant room door unacceptable noise airflow problem
bruno at reception was very professional. he was friendly and gave me useful local information. the hotel is a few minutes walk to the metro. it is also close to some nice restaurants.
i found a gap at the bottom of the room door. light from the corridor reflected into the room and the noise from outside was unacceptable. the air conditioning created noise but did not have airflow so the room was hot.
